On Bruderholz hill, you find Batterieanlage. In that park are many benches, a small forest, a dinosaur, the historic water tower, and large grassy knolls to play on. Also, close by is a self-picking flower field and a restaurant. Generally, the Bruderholz hill is great for jogging and going on a long Sunday afternoon walks. It feels like you are in the outdoors – and yet so close to the city

On top of the water tower you have one of the best views of Basel. It costs CHF 1 to enter and is open daily from 8am to 5pm / 8:00-17:00
